It's been a while....

Well...it's been a while since I've posted something ...Bz with life..children, works,etc....This time I've received an order from Sira (my office mate's friend) for her engagement party. It's 150 pieces total. Thanks a lot to Mr.Gaban. Without his help sure it will be a long day with 3 little kids around...So, enjoice!!!

New Sticker

Well, there's a new sticker 4 my products...Insya allah soon will be more cookies n desserts to come.So many things in my mind tp tersangat la tak cukup masa....Alhamdulillah orders so far so good. This cranberries n nuts tarts is rm0.80 per piece. The minimum order is 25 pieces. Anyone who like to order please call me at 0196633578 or email me.
Last sat was my reunion with my hostel's mate...ex-atpn 91-95. Havoc giler...Maklumlah after 15 yrs...banyak sgt cerita...semuanyer nak bercakap...Thanks to Linda n Phira for the orders. Yg lain2 tu jgn lupa yer...kalau buat mkn2 order la kat aku...

Order Lagi...

This time orders came from K.Khairubi, En.Rosli, K.Amy, K.Mimi n my neighbour's friend....Planned to finish all the orders by sunday night, but 2 bz with housework n finding the right time (tp sempat lg pegi minum kat Bangi Kopitiam..heheh) so, bila plan dah tertunda lari dr plan asal kena la double up the work... Nasib baik my 2 sisters came n help..ok la dpt tenaga buruh FOC..hehehe anyway thanks sis.. Kerja2 filling pun bermula n I've started with my new recipe of the filling, Cranberries n Nut (picture). Next, cheese tarts...in the middle of filling process, terasa macam ada yg tak kena....bila kira2 blk rasanyer macam tak cukup jer cheese fillling ni.. adoiii macam mana ni??? So, kena la mintak pertolongan Mr.Gaban utk ke kedai....Alhamdulillah semua brg ada... The clock showed nearly 12am n mata pun dah berat ni, so kena la take 5...actually it takes almost 3 hrs....I slept n woke up around 2.30am dan sambung semula kerja2 yg tergendala....Then I realized I cannot finish all the orders by time if I didn't get any help so nak tak nak kenalah kejutkan Mr.Gaban yg sedang lena dibuai mimpi...sorry dear. Alhamdulillah with his help berjaya jugak menyiapkan order sebanyak 165 biji tart n 17 cups of baked macaroni.... But my eyes can't barely opened when I came to the office on that monday morning. How I wished that day was a holiday....but still satisfied n happy that I've managed to finish all the orders.

Siapkan Order.....

Well.... macaroni sedang dibakar...I woke up at 2am to make this mini baked macaroni. Start baked at 5am so it will still be fresh when I delivered to the customer. Can be keep in the fridge and reheat when you want to eat it. More tasty when you eat it with chili sos....Interested??? This one was made as a sample to my office mates...I'm so glad everybody likes it.. So, don't forget to order again next time...My 1st chocolate n cheese tart was ordered by Sue, Zuraidah n Afni. Then followed by Miza. And for Mini Baked Macaroni (picture) was ordered by Wani. Thank you my friends...Well, actually this bussiness idea was came from my neighbour, lin. At 1st we've decided to give it a try during our Anjung Kristal pot luck which was on 10th Jan 2010. And everbody loved it...macam goreng pisang panas. So, when I brought this little bites to the office, they really liked it and ordered...Alhamdulillah. But my little bites won't came true without any help from my Mr.Gaban. Thank u dear..
